Peace of mind

I signed 5 year renewable contract with MLT Booking and I receive steady rental payments throughout the year. Previously I had many issues with Greek tenant who always had problems during low touristic season and could get a job and consequently couldn’t pay the rent, but now I don’t have this issue with MLT Booking

Freedom to live
I was in Dubai 1 week back in 2014 and rented my apartment in one day to the company, since then I was not even 1 day in Dubai, but the rent comes into my account regularly. Ideal as passive income, you can live in Thailand and just enjoy the life.

Could be more
Unfortunately I rented only one of my buildings to the company, the rest of the properties are under contract with other companies. MLT Booking pays more in the long term and invest their money to maintain the property. I only wish I could have rented all my properties to them.

MLT Booking made my day
I had become frustrated with changing tenants in the past, it was happening every 6 months, but then right before Christmas we signed agreement with MLT Booking. Now I’m relaxed, long-term contract, steady relationship, I feel protected.
